West Chicago and South Chicago Townships are open fo Appeals Filings

    The appeal deadline for homeowners who live in West Chicago Township is December 30, 2009 with the Cook County Assessor's Office.  The South Chicago Township is also open for appeal.  The appeal deadline for the South Chicago Township is January 21, 2010.  Homeowner's should be vigilant with their mail to make sure that when they receive their appeal notice they file their appeal in time.

2009 Jefferson Park Township Real Estate Tax Appeals

Residential homeowners in the Jefferson Park Township of Chicago should be on the look out for their assessment notice mailed out by the Cook County Assessor's Office on September 1, 2009.  According to the Assessor's website the deadline for filing your appeal is October 5, 2009.  Other townships that have appeal filing deadlines in October are Maine, Niles and Barrington.
